Installation Guide#

When you download Nexsas from ThemeForest, you likely chose "All files & documentation." This gives you a large master folder that includes the theme, licensing, plugins, and guides. You cannot upload this master folder directly to WordPress.

Follow these steps to fix it:

  1. Unzip the Downloaded File: Locate the large zip file you downloaded from ThemeForest (usually named themeforest-xxxx-nexsas.zip) and extract it on your computer.

  2. Open the Folder: Go into the extracted folder. You will see several sub-folders (Documentation, Licensing, etc.).

  3. Locate the Theme File: Look for a file named nexsas.zip.

    Note: This file is usually smaller than the master file.

  4. Upload Only This File: Go back to your WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme. Select the nexsas.zip file and click "Install Now."

Still having trouble?

If you have unzipped the main folder and still cannot find the installable file, please check inside the "Theme Files" sub-folder. If the issue persists, contact our support team at hello@pixels71.com.
